The Large Cotton Shopper – shopper, tote, overnighter.  This sturdy bag comes in fabulous jewel colours.  Loads of space, inner pocket, a fun shape; the easy to use, easy to pack, classy hold all.

Materials: 100% cotton.  Colours sapphire blue, azure blue, emerald green, duck egg blue, grey, and charcoal.

Size:  Approximately 75 cm wide (tapers to 47 cm) x 42 cm high.  Straps 70 cm.

Care: This bag should be hand washed in cold water and dried out of direct sunlight.  It can be ironed but not placed in the drier.

Shipping Policy

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and the courier process the orders, which takes an additional 24 hours. Special requests will take longer and manufacture and delivery times will be relayed via e mail.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the manufacturer's premises to the destination. After processing and leaving the manufacturer's premises, items usually take between 24 to 48 hours to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
  • Please note that due to Covid-19 shipping times may vary.

Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three (3) days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your credit card/bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Alternatively contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected. You may need to authorise the acceptance of the credit refund.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at accessories-guru@outlook.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at accessories-guru@outlook.com and send your item to: HH 84 Hartebeesfontein road, Hekpoort, Gauteng, 2800, South Africa.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver
