Needle Active aims to present through description the items and the material it is made from in their portfolio as accurately as possible.  This will enable the customer to gain the optimal amount of information before purchasing a product.  The consumer must ensure, if necessary, through additional communication with the supplier that the goods are suitable for the purpose intended.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such products are well studied before a purchase is made.  The customer is welcome to send a WhatsApp or SMS to 072 458 6423 or an email to needleactive@gmail.com to ask for more information on the product.  


No refunds, returns or exchanges will be made under the following conditions:

  1. When the customer feels the item(s) are unwanted after it has been ordered and paid for. The customer must ensure that the articles ordered are specifically those desired.
  2. If it was ordered without the permission of the person responsible for the payment or by unauthorised minors.
  3. If the customer cannot prove that the item is not the type reasonably contemplated.
  4. If the customer cannot prove that the item is not the quality reasonably contemplated.
  5. No hats / footwear / clothing / gloves or any items that comes in direct contact with any part of a person’s body may be returned for health reasons.
  6. The supplier will not be liable for any damage arising from any misuse or abuse of goods once it left the premises of the supplier.


Refunds, returns or exchanges will only be considered under the following conditions:

  1. In the unlikely situation that the article received is not the one ordered, and it is proven as such by the customer.
    • In this case the supplier must be contacted within three (3) days.
    • The supplier will investigate.
    • If and when agreed by both parties that an incorrect delivery was made, all items must be returned unworn, unused and unwashed with original packaging and tags.
      • In such an instance, the cost for the return will be for the supplier.
      • The original delivery charge will not be refunded.
      • The order and invoice number must accompany the return so that the refund can be processed.
      • When an exchange is requested, the delivery cost for this transaction will be for the customer.


  1. We at Needle Active pride ourselves not to supply defective items. We endeavour that all the products are in good order and usable and durable for a reasonable period of time with regard to the use to which they would normally be put.
    • An item defect may not be inferred in respect of a product if better or other goods subsequently become available.
    • A defective product usually means that the items were manufactured using materials, components or workmanship that is below an acceptable standard and renders such items less acceptable than would generally be reasonably acceptable with handmade items.
    • Defective goods are regarded as those that had a defect when it was supplied.
    • It is the responsibility of the customer to prove that the goods are defective.
    • The customer must communicate the proven defect with the supplier.
    • When agreed upon, the customer must send the defective goods back by posting them by normal prepaid registered post, insured against loss, damage and theft and to the correct address and within the specified time.
    • Once the defective items are received by the supplier, it will be investigated.
    • If it was found to be defective, misused or of good quality, the customer will be informed.
    • The decision of a refund or exchange will lie with the supplier after communication with the customer.
